Greene & Bradford, Inc. provided Phase I & II engineering services to Blue Cross Blue Shield in Quincy Illinois. The original parking lot was old and in poor condition, so it was decided that the best option would be to remove and replace. G&B surveyed the existing lot, created a 3D model, and preformed a hydraulic study on the existing site before proceeding with designing it's replacement. The proposed site conditions were 3D modeled using AutoDesk Civil3D, and consisted of new curb and gutter, a new parking lot layout, and installation of french drains & new storm sewer.
